Training room: A For onsite courses, a training room with
seating for the appropriate number of participants will be made available. In addition, a projector, white board(s), and flip
charts, etc., are required for the delivery of a course, and will be provided by the client.
Late Orders: A late booking surcharge will be applied to all orders based on the following sliding scale.
Late orders are always based on best effort and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy: Training
courses can be cancelled at no charge 3 weeks (21 days) prior to a training course start date. If materials have been ordered prior to cancellation, the full amount for the materials will be
invoiced, regardless of cancellation date.
addition, the client is expected to send the number of students that were agreed and/or invoiced to the class. For any cancellations
within three (3) weeks of the start of the class, the following fees, per student, not in attendance will be charged.
Cancellation within 3 weeks (20 -> 14 days) prior to the training start
date, 25% of the course fee, per student
Cancellation within 2 weeks (13 -> 7 days) prior to the training start date, 50% of the course fee, per student.
Cancellations within 1 week (7 days) prior to the training start date, the
full course fee, per student.
In all cases, flight change or cancellation fees will be charged in full (100%). ITSM Professional
Consulting endeavors to keep travel costs as low as possible. Please be aware that as a result of this, in most cases,
non-refundable flights are utilized, resulting in full fare cancellation charges. This could also result in pre-paid hotel
and/or rental car costs being charged in full.
Materials Ordering Policy:
are based on the actual number of material sets ordered, and not on the number of material sets used. As an example, if you
order 16 student material sets and you only use 10, you will still be charged for 16 sets. ITSM Professional Consulting does
not take returns of unused courseware.
