ITSM Professional Consulting is a Training and Consulting practice that offers IT Service Management and Project Management
instruction and consulting services to businesses of all sizes; from small start-ups to large global organizations.

Mr. Caruso, the founder and Principal of the company, has been in the Information Technology field for over 30 years, and focused his career on IT Service Management for the last 17 years. He has held both technical and leadership roles in Application Development, Infrastructure, and Operations across many industries, including: Aerospace, Trade Compliance, Information Technology, Finance, Consulting, Food Service, Insurance and Payroll. In addition to his IT Service Management experience, his extensive background and broad knowledge of IT systems and industries were key in his decision to begin his own practice.


Mr. Caruso is a member in good standing of itSMF USA, the priSM Institute, the Project Management Institute (PMI), and ISACA. He is the founder and President of the itSMF USA Western New York Local Interest Group, and was named the itSMF USA Member of the Year in 2011. Mr. Caruso is credentialed as a Distinguished Professional in Service Management by the priSM Institute, and is certified to teach all ITIL®, COBIT, Cloud Essentials, Virtualization Essentials, and Project Management courses. 
Mr. Caruso's ITIL® certifications include: ITIL® v3 Foundation, ITIL® v3 Expert, all ITIL® Intermediate Lifecycle and Capability courses (SS, SD, ST, SO, CSI, SOA, PPO, RCV, OSA) and Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC). In addition, he is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is certified in COBIT v4.1 Foundation, COBIT 5.0 Foundation, COBIT 5.0 Implementation, Cloud Essentials, and Virtualization Essentials.
