What we do

ITSM Professional Consulting is an IT Service Management and Project Management Training and Consulting company. 
   
Our Educational services include public and private course offerings. We teach ITIL® Foundation, all ITIL® Intermediate Lifecycle and Capability courses, and Managing Across the Lifecycle. We also offer COBIT Fundamentals, COBIT Foundation, COBIT Implementation, Cloud Essentials, Virtualization Essentials, Project Management Introduction, and Project Management Exam Prep Courses. Our consulting practice utilizes proven ITIL® Best Practices and PMBOK® methodologies during all of our engagements. We specialiize in ITIL® Process engineering and re-engineering, process assessments, Service Desk, Monitoring and Reporting, Project Management and IT Governance. 

  
 
What is ITIL®?

ITIL® stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library. The Infrastructure Library consists of a five Core Guides that correspond to each phase of the Service Lifecycle. The phases are: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. ITIL® is the most widely adopted approach for IT Service Management (ITSM) across the globe, and provides a best practice framework for identifying, planning, designing, delivering, supporting, and ongoing Improvement of IT services for the business.
